Terms & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Turbo Detailing, you agree to the terms below. We keep our policies simple so every customer knows what to expect before their appointment.

Booking Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit helps secure your time slot and reduce no-shows.

Booking deposits are paid online through Square when booking your appointment. The remaining balance, if applicable, may be paid in person after the service using Square POS, card reader, or another accepted payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the booking deposit becoming non-refundable.

Reschedule Policy

You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without losing your deposit.

If a reschedule request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to help, but the booking deposit may be non-refundable depending on the situation and schedule availability.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the service location and the customer is unavailable, the vehicle is not accessible, or the service cannot be completed due to missing access or incorrect information, the booking deposit may be non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Because Turbo Detailing is a mobile detailing service, appointments may be affected by weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.

If weather prevents us from completing the service safely or properly, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. If Turbo Detailing needs to reschedule due to weather, your deposit will remain valid for the new appointment time.

Water & Power Access

Depending on the service setup, package selected, and appointment location, access to water and/or power may be requested.

If water or power access is not available, please let us know before your appointment so we can prepare accordingly. If required access is not available and we were not informed in advance, the service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Service Location & Parking

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and legal location for the service.

Driveway or private parking is preferred. Condo, underground, visitor, garage, or street parking must allow enough space for our team to work safely around the vehicle.

If the location does not allow safe service, has parking restrictions, or does not provide enough space, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Service Area

Turbo Detailing provides mobile detailing across Toronto and the GTA.

Some locations may be outside our regular service area or may require additional travel consideration. If your location is outside our current service area, we may contact you before confirming the appointment.

Vehicle Condition

Final results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, previous damage, stains, salt buildup, pet hair, odour, paint condition, interior material, and overall maintenance history.

We always aim to deliver the best possible result, but some stains, odours, scratches, defects, or buildup may not be fully removable.

Customer Belongings

Please remove personal belongings, valuables, child seats, important documents, and fragile items from the vehicle before your appointment.

Turbo Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Appointment Time

We do our best to arrive on time. Since we are a mobile service, arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, parking, previous appointments, or unexpected delays.

If there is a delay, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Payment

Booking deposits are processed through Square. Remaining balances may be paid in person after the service using Square POS, card reader, or another accepted payment method.

Full payment is required once the service is completed.
