Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. Our mobile detailing setup is designed to be self-contained. We bring our own water, power source, vacuums, tools, and detailing products so we can service your vehicle at a suitable private location.
How long does a typical detail take?
Service duration varies depending on package, vehicle size, and condition. A lighter detail may take around 2 hours, while deeper interior and exterior services can take 3–4+ hours. Add-ons such as pet hair removal, stain removal, or heavy salt removal may increase the total time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept secure online card payments through our booking flow. A small deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and the remaining balance is handled after the service is completed.
Can you remove scratches from my paint?
Light swirl marks and minor surface imperfections can often be improved with polishing or paint correction. Deeper scratches that catch your fingernail may not be fully removable, but we can usually reduce their appearance.
Is ceramic coating worth it?
Ceramic coating can be worth it if you want longer-lasting paint protection, easier maintenance washes, stronger gloss, and better resistance against dirt and water. We can help you choose the right protection level based on your vehicle and goals.
Do I need to clear out my personal items?
Yes, we recommend removing personal belongings from seats, cup holders, door pockets, the center console, glove box, and trunk before your appointment. This helps us clean more thoroughly and protects your items.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
If the weather makes outdoor detailing difficult, we'll contact you to reschedule or find the best available solution. If you have a suitable covered or indoor private space, we may still be able to complete the service.
What if I'm outside your regular service area?
If your address is outside Richmond Hill, North York, Midtown Toronto, or Vaughan, please contact us before booking. We may still be able to accommodate your appointment depending on distance and schedule.
